flat batteries

Months ago I was flying my lama 5 co-ax and flew for too long and compleatly discharged the battery.Both cells would not even light up my tester. I put it on the shelf marked U/S and forgot it. By mistake I connected it to my charger and low and behold is now fully charged 4.22 & 4.20. My question is is it safe to use and recharge, I know li-po`s can be funny but I want to be safe.

As long as it is not puffed it should be fine.

I would use it
